Test of finished goods     

1. Granularity
     We take 0.5g powder from 100g sample, after scattered by detergent, to test the result by Sinax Particulate Size Description Analyzer.
     Compared with standard: △D90≤1Um，D100≤25Um

2. Moisture
     We take 5-10g powder into Sartorius moisture teller, test the result with accuracy of 2 decimal point at 130 Deg. C
     Moisture ≤0.40%

3. Color
3.1  to-checking sample, standard sample, uniform mixed with the same percentage varnish respectively, by the same printing method, screen printed  in the same glass respectively, dried.
3.2  put printing glass into the oven to fire, then nature cooling.
3.3  test the color by Humter ER20 color analyzer under C light and 2 degree condition.

   △E= △L2+△a2+△b2
    L=lightness（deep、shallow）
    a = （red+）（green-）
    b = （yellow+）（blue-）

4. Pb, Cd dissolution test
    According to GB3534, the sample is tested by Atomic Absorption Spectrograph after the sample fired, at 22±Deg. C, 4% acetic acid keeping 24 hours.

    cd≤1.5mg/（dm）2

5. Acid resistance
    According to ASTM C724-1991,
   Soaked in 3.5% HCl 15 min,
   reach Grade Four at least.

Grad one:       no obvious corrosive trace
Grade two:     have obvious corrosive            trace at 45 Degree perspective, but at less 30 Degree no trace
Grade three:   at less 30Degree have corrosive trace, but no effect to reflection
Grade four:   at less 30 Degree. Have corrosive trace, and effect to reflection
Grade five:   not smooth surface
Grade six:    no decoration,

6. Alkali resistance
    According to ASTM C675-1991
    soaked in 9.1% NaOH+0.9% Na3po4 AT 88±2 Deg. C 2 hours, test the loss, compared with standard.
          △g≤0.0020g/cm2

7. Mar resistance
   scrape 20 times on glaze of three 20cm*20 cm color glaze glass, then smear with ink, after 10 min, clear it by quartz powder, there is no ink trace.

8. Anti-shock
     1040g metal ball shocks the tempered glass whose area of glaze is less 30% more than 8 times at 1 miter height.

9. Viscosity
          solid content ≥ 80%
          at 25 Deg. C, test by NDJ79 viscometer:
